A term used by McDonalds to refer to larger than normal portions of French fries and soft drinks. Other fast food restaurants use different terms for it.
2. What’s the difference between a Supersize meal and a regular meal?
A supersize meal is a larger than normal portion. For example at McDonalds a Supersize soda is 42oz as compared to large which has 32oz.
3. Is a Supersize McDonalds meal healthy?
No. Supersize meals at McDonalds and any other fast food restaurant contain amounts of sodium, sugar, and calories that are far above the daily intake that is required.
4. Do Supersize meals lead to health risks such as obesity?
Yes and No. If consumed daily or weekly the risk for health problems such as obesity increase. Though if consumed on a monthly basis those chances decrease. Like they say you are what you eat.

Wow it is astonishing the amount of sugar in each of those cups. The 210g of sugar in the 64 oz cup when converted to oz it = 7.4075oz that is nearly more than half of a 12 oz cup worth of sugar just imagine trying to drink 7.4075oz of sugar i guess if people knew more about this they'd stop ordering soda and drink water.
